DAY 9 (Feb 13) Critical Thinking Question

In my absence you are going to work on your first Critical Thinking Question.

Drawing on yesterday's discussions and your own notes from it and from the blog entries and from these two videos:
The Case Against Abortion
Peter Singer on Personhood

... answer the following question in two full paragraphs.  You must include quotes/theories from at least four philosophers (look them up) and you must use quotes directly from this article about Dolphins.

Do you believe that some animals and humans should be granted the same rights?  If so, why?  If not, what rights - if any - should they be granted.  Why?  Use a minimum of four philosophers who would agree and/or disagree with your point of view.
